David A. Eagle, MD, is board certified in hematology-oncology and has a focus on gynecological malignancies. He has practiced for over two decades, previously practicing in Lake Norman, North Carolina. He is a past president of the Community Oncology Alliance and a member of the American Society of Clinical Oncology.
Dr. Eagle obtained his Doctor of Medicine from the University of Virginia School of Medicine. After earning his medical degree, he completed his Internal Medicine Residency and Hematology/Oncology Fellowship at the University of Florida. Dr. Eagle is particularly interested in healthcare policy to ensure patients have the best options available and benefit from the astonishing scientific advances in blood and cancer medicine.

Daniel Mulkerin, MD, graduated from Jefferson Medical College. He then completed his residency in internal medicine and fellowship in medical oncology at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics. Dr. Mulkerin joined the UW Medical School faculty in 1999 and is currently an assistant professor in the department of medicine, section of medical oncology. His clinical expertise is in the treatment of gastrointestinal malignancies, including liver and pancreas, esophageal, stomach, biliary, colon, rectal, and anal cancers. He is actively involved in the development of new therapies for patients with these diseases. Dr. Mulkerin also serves as regional director of the University of Wisconsin Carbone Cancer Center regional cancer center network, which includes affiliate sites in eight communities within Wisconsin and Illinois.

Una Hopkins, DNP, MSN, BSN, FNP-BC, NE-BC, FACCC, RN, is a registered nurse with more than 30 years of experience in oncology, 25 as a nurse practitioner. Dr. Hopkins is currently the director for research and evidence-based practice at the Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, New York, where she is responsible for the oversight and management of nurse engagement in programs of research and evidence-based practice, academic and affiliations, nursing internet and intranet development, and presentations and publications for the department of nursing. This includes the management of selected staff and operations, academic affiliations and funded educational projects, survey preparation, specialized training initiatives, education related to promotion of nursing research and evidence-based practice, oversight of project management, and funding attainment.
Dr. Hopkins has received numerous awards for her accomplishments in clinical and research work and since 1927, has published over 20 articles in various medical journals. She holds bachelor's and master's degrees in Nursing Science from the College of New Rochelle where she also studied to become a family nurse practitioner. She received her doctorate from Pace University in New York City. Dr. Hopkins serves on the Advisory Committee for the ACCC Institute for Clinical Immuno-Oncology.

Ruth O'Regan, MD, is the Chair of Medicine and Charles A. Dewey Professor at the University of Rochester. She also serves as Physician-in-Chief of Strong Memorial Hospital and as Associate Director of Education and Mentoring at the Wilmot Cancer Institute at University of Rochester. Her focus is on breast cancer, resistant breast cancers, early drug development, research identifying mechanisms of resistance to breast-cancer therapies, and research development of new therapies with a specific focus on triple negative breast cancer.
She previously served as Division Chief of Hematology, Medical Oncology and Palliative Care in the Department of Medicine, and as Deputy Director at the Carbone Cancer Center at the University of Wisconsin School of Medicine and Public Health (UWSMPH). She served as Chief Scientific officer of the Big Ten Cancer Research Consortium, and Vice-Chair of the National Comprehensive Cancer Network's Board of Directors.
Dr. O'Regan earned her Medical Degree from University College in Dublin, Ireland. She went on to complete her Internal Medicine residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin, and her Hematology/Oncology fellowship at Northwestern University.

Kay Sullivan, LMSW is the director of oncology for Samaritan Medical Center's Walker Center for Cancer Care in Watertown, NY. With 25 years of experience in oncology she brings a background of clinical, administrative and advocacy skills to cancer care. She began her career as an oncology social worker, where she developed an understanding of psychosocial, emotional and financial challenges faced by patients and families navigating a cancer diagnosis. For the past 8 years, she has served as the director of oncology, leading program development, multidisciplinary care coordination and strategic initiatives.
Kay is especially passionate about expanding access to high-quality cancer care in rural communities, ensuring that geography does not limit treatment opportunities. In addition, she has been a strong advocate for financial advocacy, working to reduce the burden of treatment costs for patients and their families.

Alfredo Torres, MD is an Associate Chief Medical Officer at New York Cancer & Blood Specialists (NYCBS) and a board-certified medical oncologist and hematologist with extensive clinical, academic, and executive leadership experience. He is triple board certified in Internal Medicine, Medical Oncology, and Hematology by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Dr. Torres is fluent in both English and Spanish, allowing him to provide compassionate, culturally competent care to a diverse patient population.
Dr. Torres earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Universidad de Carabobo in Valencia, Venezuela. He completed his Internal Medicine residency through the prestigious Harrington Program at Jackson Memorial Hospital/University of Miami, followed by fellowship training in Hematology and Medical Oncology at Jackson Memorial Hospital and the University of Miami. This rigorous academic foundation has shaped his evidence-based, patient-centered approach to cancer care.
In his role as Associate Chief Medical Officer at NYCBS, Dr. Torres partners closely with executive leadership to guide clinical integration, quality initiatives, and growth strategies across one of the nation's leading community oncology networks. He also maintains a high-volume clinical practice, caring for patients with complex solid tumors and hematologic conditions while ensuring the highest standards of safety, outcomes, and patient experience. Dr. Torres is a leader within the chemotherapy committee at NYCBS, contributing to protocol development and treatment safety.
On a national level, Dr. Torres serves as Disease Group Chair for Gastrointestinal Oncology at OneOncology, where he leads network-wide strategy for gastrointestinal cancers across a national provider network. In this role, he chairs pathway governance committees, helps design and implement evidence-based clinical pathways aligned with NCCN guidelines, and evaluates emerging cancer therapies to ensure appropriate, data-driven adoption in community oncology settings.
Dr. Torres has a strong academic and research background, with multiple peer-reviewed publications in leading hematology and oncology journals and presentations at national scientific meetings, including ASCO. His research interests span breast cancer, gastrointestinal malignancies, lung cancer, prostate cancer, gynecologic cancers, and lymphomas. He has served as a site principal investigator for Phase III clinical trials and was a grant recipient from the Florida Breast Cancer Foundation for innovative work focused on improving the patient experience during chemotherapy.
Committed to medical education, Dr. Torres is a Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine at Stony Brook University Hospital and serves as faculty for the Hematology and Medical Oncology Fellowship Program at Mather Hospital, Northwell Health, where he is actively involved in training fellows and advancing clinical education. He has held additional academic appointments mentoring medical trainees and advanced practice providers.
Dr. Torres is an active member of several prestigious professional organizations, including the American College of Physicians, the American Society of Clinical Oncology, the American Society of Hematology, and the Community Oncology Alliance, where he also serves in leadership and board roles.
